Content Provider Agreement
This Content Provider Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between Jerry Pictures LLC, a Texas limited liability company that operates the Feedcraft service (the "Company"), and each member who uploads content to the Service (the "Creator"). It applies in addition to the Terms of Service, the Operating Policy, and the Privacy Policy. Where this Agreement and the Terms of Service conflict on a matter concerning uploaded content, this Agreement prevails.
Effective date: October 13, 2026
Article 1 (Acceptance)
1. A Creator must accept this Agreement, by a separate checkbox, before uploading content for the first time. Acceptance is recorded with its date and time, IP address, device information, and the version of this Agreement.
2. When this Agreement is materially amended, the Creator must accept the amended version before uploading further content.
Article 2 (Eligibility and Verification)
1. The Creator must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where the Creator resides, if higher).
2. Before uploading, the Creator must complete identity and age verification through a verification provider designated by the Company. The Company may suspend uploads, payouts, or the account where verification fails, expires, or is found to be inaccurate.
Article 3 (Ownership and License)
1. The Creator retains ownership of the content the Creator uploads.
2. The Creator grants the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, encode, display, distribute, and make available the content on the Service, and to use excerpts and thumbnails to operate and promote the Service, for as long as the content remains on the Service and for a reasonable period after its removal needed to complete removal from backups and caches.
3. The Creator authorizes the Company to use and display the Creator's image and likeness as they appear in the content, and acknowledges that the content will be used and displayed publicly on the Service according to the visibility settings the Creator selects.
Article 4 (Creator Representations and Warranties)
The Creator represents and warrants, for every item of content the Creator uploads, that:
1. The Creator owns the content or holds all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to upload it and to grant the license in Article 3.
2. Every person who appears in the content was at least 18 years of age when the content was created, gave documented consent to be depicted, and gave documented consent to the publication and distribution of the content on the Service.
3. The Creator has obtained and keeps a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and a signed consent and release for every person, other than the Creator, who appears in the content, and keeps the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 where applicable.
4. The content is lawful in the United States and in the Creator's place of residence, and does not violate the Terms of Service, the Operating Policy, or the list of prohibited content.
Article 5 (Prohibited Content)
The Creator must not upload content that depicts or suggests minors or a youthful appearance presented as underage; non-consensual activity, including activity involving a person who is asleep, unconscious, intoxicated, or otherwise unable to consent; hidden-camera or voyeuristic recording; incest; bestiality; violence, coercion, or human trafficking; or any other content prohibited by the Operating Policy. The Company reports suspected exploitation of minors and suspected trafficking to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC where applicable.
Article 6 (Pre-publication Review)
1. All content is reviewed by the Company before it is made publicly available, and edits to approved content are reviewed again before the edited version is displayed.
2. The Company may reject, restrict, or remove content, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes the content violates this Agreement, the law, or the requirements of its payment partners. The Creator will be notified of a rejection and its reason.
Article 7 (Records and Cooperation)
1. On request, the Creator must promptly provide the Company with the identification documents, consent records, and other evidence referred to in Article 4.
2. If the Creator cannot provide the requested records, the Company may remove the related content and suspend payouts for that content.
Article 8 (Earnings and Payouts)
1. The Creator earns from purchases of the Creator's paid content and from tips, in tokens. Earnings are converted and paid out in U.S. dollars at the share and on the schedule shown in the payout settings and the Company's settlement guidance.
2. The Creator must provide accurate payout and tax information, including any tax forms the Company requests. The Company may withhold taxes where required by law.
3. Amounts related to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or content later found to violate this Agreement may be withheld, deducted from future payouts, or recovered.
Article 9 (Removal and Termination)
1. The Creator may delete the Creator's content at any time.
2. Any person depicted in content may request its removal through the content removal request form or complaints@feedcraft.io. Removal requests alleging non-consensual content are acted on within 48 hours.
3. The Company may suspend or terminate the Creator's account for a breach of this Agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Articles 4, 7, 8(3), and 10, survive.
Article 10 (Indemnity)
The Creator will indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from the Creator's content or from a breach of the Creator's representations and warranties under this Agreement.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Amendment)
1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes are resolved as set out in Article 16 of the Terms of Service.
2. The Company may amend this Agreement by giving notice on the Service at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. The English version of this Agreement is the original; translations are provided for reference only.
